on how to become an excellent listener. Pulling from the works of well-known
artists, you will hear a series of compelling messages about the “do’s” and
“don’ts” of effective listening. You will learn how to use effective listening
techniques to help you paint a clear picture when you communicate with others.

Writing the Perfect E-mail |
A recent
multi-organization study showed that 64% of e-mail messages require further
clarification on the part of the recipient. Rather than being an aid to
productivity, e-mail messages can become time wasters if they are not clearly
written. In this session, you will learn how to avoid the most common business
writing errors and how to make your writing a strategic tool rather than an
arduous task.

In this highly interactive session, we share techniques and insights on how you can
enhance your interpersonal communications. After completing an inventory to
assess the behaviors that characterize you, you will participate in an
experiential exercise that will help you understand the four paths for communications.

can immediately “put to work” many new tips and techniques to improve your
